【摘要】

武漢金銀灘醫院 自2020年1月1日至1月20日，確診 99例 2019-nCoV 感染病患，實驗數據收集至1月24日。

99例武漢肺炎病患之臨床表現

• 發燒 83%
• 咳嗽 82%
• 呼吸急促 31%
• 肌肉痠痛 11%
• 意識混亂 9%
• 頭痛 8%

• CXR雙側肺炎 75%；單側肺炎 24%
• ARDS 17%
• ICU 住院 23%
• 死亡 11%

預後

MuLBSTA score：預測武漢肺炎死亡風險 

MuLBSTA score: Multilobular infiltration, lymphopenia, bacterial co-infection, smoking history, hypertension, and age.

治療

• IVIG：建議使用於重症患者
• 類固醇：Methylprednisolone 1–2 mg/kg per day. 建議短期使用於 ARDS 患者
• 抗病毒藥物：Lopinavir/ritonavir (Kaletra) 待驗證中…
